MAGGS NATATORIUM RESTROOM REFINISH

This contract awards the renovation and refinishing of the men’s and women’s restroom, shower, and locker‑room spaces within the Maggs Natatorium at Salisbury University. The scope includes full demolition of existing finishes, installation of new plumbing fixtures, ADA‑compliant accessories, new acoustical‑panel ceiling, wall and floor surface preparation, and application of the Miracle Method coating system. The work must be completed by 1 August 2025 and must meet Maryland state building codes, ADA requirements, and university safety policies.
