Historic Preservation Plan

The City of Allentown is soliciting bids for a historic preservation plan. The selected consultant will prepare a comprehensive plan to examine the city's historic preservation program and provide recommendations for preserving historic resources. The plan will include research, public outreach, and preparation and presentation of the plan. The consultant must meet or exceed the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards for Historic Preservation. • The consultant will conduct research and collect information on the city's historic preservation program. • The consultant will perform public outreach to gather input from the community. • The consultant will prepare and present a comprehensive historic preservation plan. • The consultant must meet or exceed the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards for Historic Preservation. • The consultant must have experience as a planner and completing historic preservation plans.
