This contract is for the restoration of the gym floor at Highland Park High School. The scope of the project includes sanding and refinishing the entire gymnasium floor, which is approximately 11,744 sq. ft. The contractor is also responsible for installing 4 new volleyball stanchions. The contract has a base bid of $89,662.00, with deductive alternates for leaving bleachers in place and painting the official mascot.
