JOC for Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP) and Concrete Cylinder Pipe (CCP) Modifications

This contract is for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) and concrete cylinder pipe (CCP) modifications. The contractor, Hunter Contracting Co., will perform work on an emergency or as-needed basis, including excavations, post-tensioning strands, carbon fiber renewal, and concrete or shotcrete cradle. The contract has a duration of 5 years, with options for renewal. The contract value is estimated to be $2,500,000. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, bonding, and termination. • The contractor must comply with the City of Tucson's procurement code and applicable laws. • The contract includes a scope of work, special terms and conditions, and standard terms and conditions. • The contractor must provide an electronic copy of the complete contract to the City of Tucson Department of Procurement upon receipt of the Notice of Intent to Award. • The contract includes a guarantee for all work under the contract against defects of material workmanship for a minimum of two years from the date of completion.
