Service Contract to Provide Chlorine Dioxide

The City of Port Arthur is seeking a service contract to provide chlorine dioxide. The chlorine dioxide shall be generated onsite for use as a disinfectant at the City's water treatment plant. The treatment plant treats surface water from the Lower Neches Valley Authority for drinking water. The contract requires the provision of approximately 500,000 pounds per year of sodium chlorite.
