Rejuvenating Emulsion and Emulsified Asphalt Fog Seal

The contract is for the supply of Rejuvenating Emulsion and Emulsified Asphalt Fog Seal. The contractor will be required to deliver and spread the emulsion at various locations throughout Butte County as needed. The contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement, effective from the date of contract execution through December 31, 2014. The bulk of the deliveries are expected to be required during the period of July 1, 2014 through August 31, 2014. • The contract requires the supplier to provide documentation that the product is approved by Caltrans. • The emulsion must meet Caltrans Standard specifications, 2010, Section 94: ASPHALTIC EMULSIONS, including measurement and payment. • Certified test results on the latex and recycling agent are required to accompany bids. • The contractor will be responsible for spreading the emulsion at various locations throughout Butte County.
