Selection of Job Order Contractor

The City of Shoreline is accepting proposals from experienced Job Order related Contracting firms for a Job Order Contract (JOC) that uses negotiated Job Orders for each individual project. The contract is for a fixed period and indefinite quantity, with prices based on Unit Prices contained in the Construction Task Catalog and Adjustment Factors submitted by the Contractor. The City is looking for a contractor to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time established for each Job Order. • The contract is for a Job Order Contract (JOC) with a fixed period and indefinite quantity. • The prices are based on Unit Prices contained in the Construction Task Catalog and Adjustment Factors submitted by the Contractor. • The City is looking for a contractor to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time established for each Job Order. • The contract is for the direct cost of construction. • The City of Shoreline is the agency awarding the contract.
