Furnish and Install Asphaltic Concrete Paving Under 200 Ton per Project - M & M

This contract is for the furnishing and installation of asphaltic concrete paving services on a per project basis for projects utilizing no greater than 200 tons. The contractor will be required to perform work as related to supplying and installing City designated areas of asphaltic concrete paving. The contract period starts on October 16, 2024, and ends on September 30, 2027, with an option to renew for an additional two years. The contractor will be paid based on the contractual pay items of the purchase order, and payments will be inclusive of all services required. • The contractor must adhere to the rules and conditions described in the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Construction. • The contractor must provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary for the proper execution of the work. • The contractor must complete the work within thirty calendar days of the issuance of the purchase order. • The contractor must provide written requests for extension of completion time due to strikes, unavailable materials, or other similar causes.
