Replace Tile in Various Rooms and Hallways at 4 Schools

This contract is for the replacement of floor tile in various rooms and hallways of four schools: Highland Park High School, Landon Middle School, Meadows Elementary School, and Topeka West High School. The contract involves furnishing and installing new tile as shown on plans, in accordance with all codes and authorities having jurisdiction. The contractor shall provide all materials and labor to complete the project per the plans. The contract has multiple add alternates for each school, which include the removal and installation of new LVT tile in various areas. • The Base Bid scope of work for each school is outlined in individual Summary of Work sections of the specifications and accompanying drawings. • The Add Alternate No. 1 scope of work for Landon Middle School is the removal and installation of new LVT tile in the Commons Area of the School. • The Add Alternate No. 3 scope of work for Landon Middle School is the removal and installation of Kinetex Carpet in the Offices off Hallway 3. • The Add Alternate No. 1 scope of work for Meadows Elementary School is the removal and installation of new LVT tile in the Media Center. • The Add Alternate No. 2 scope of work for Meadows Elementary School is the removal and installation of new LVT tile in Rooms 502 through 508. • The Add Alternate No. 3 scope of work for Meadows Elementary School is the removal and installation of new LVT tile in the Multi-Purpose Room(s). • The Base Bid scope of work for Topeka West High School is outlined in individual Summary of Work sections of the specifications and accompanying drawings for Building C of the High School.
