Advisory Services for an Opportunity Zone and Surrounding Area Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program

The contract is for advisory services to develop and communicate Opportunity Zone (OZ) related investments. The services will position the OZ to compete against other cities to attract investment. The scope of work includes creating an economic development and communications strategy, supporting growth of existing businesses, and attracting new investment within the OZ and surrounding area. • The contract was awarded to Camoin Associates, Inc. for a flat fee of $30,000.00. • The expected timeline for the advisory services is from March 5, 2019 to May 31, 2019. • The contract is funded by CareerSource Flagler-Volusia and the Flagler County High Tech Corridor.
