24-0190 JOC- Master General Bldg Construction Services

This contract is for Job Order Contracting - General Building Construction Services, which includes a broad range of preconstruction and construction services for maintenance, repair, minor and major construction work on real property and facilities in the City of Goodyear. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials as required to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and plans required for the JOC. The contract has an initial term of 2 years, with an option to extend for 2 additional one-year periods. The City of Goodyear has the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause.
