RFSQ SLCC Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) Proposal Project

This contract is for consulting and engineering services to develop and write a grant application to support the seismic upgrade of SLCC's South City Campus Main Building. The selected vendor, AECOM Technical Services, Inc., will provide services including narrative development, seismic modeling, and benefit-cost analysis. The goal of the project is to secure funding for the seismic upgrade and ensure the safety of the building. Key aspects of the project include: • Grant application development • Seismic modeling and evaluation • Benefit-cost analysis The project aims to result in successful grant funding and a retrofit to seismically upgrade the South City Campus Main Building.
