MLE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS

The MLE Infrastructure Improvements project involves the installation of approximately 80,000 linear feet of 6” and 8” distribution lines throughout Port Malabar Unit 12, and 30,000 linear feet of 6” distribution lines throughout Port Malabar Unit 16. The project is already designed and has an FDEP Specific Construction Permit. The contract was awarded to multiple vendors, with the lowest bid being $2,247,257.80. The project includes various sections, such as non-collusion affidavit, trench safety, drug-free workplace, limitation of liability, bidder qualifications, and subcontractor list. • The project is located in Port Malabar Unit 12 and Unit 16. • The contract includes various addenda and exhibits. • The bid submission and opening check-off sheet lists the companies that submitted bids and their corresponding bid amounts. • The contract has a pre-bid conference and a notice of award information section.
