Lift Station RTU Replacement

The City of Palm Bay is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for Lift Station Remote Terminal Units (RTU) Replacement. The scope of work includes replacing existing RTUs with new ones, providing and installing wireless routers, and configuring the system to work with the existing GE Proficy iFix HMI/SCADA. The contractor will also be responsible for testing and training city staff. The city intends to award a single vendor for this project. Some key features of the project include: • Replacement of Schneider Electric Modicon Micro PLC 110CPU61200 with Schneider Electric SCADAPack 334E Smart RTU • Installation of GE MDS Orbit Edge-Connect Router (ECR) with 4G LTE Verizon profile • Configuration of the system to work with existing GE Proficy iFix HMI/SCADA • Testing and training of city staff • Installation of equipment per manufacturer's specifications • Demonstration of the essential features of new installations and modified electrical systems
