OSR Southern Sludge and Snow Removal Open End

This contract is for the provision of sludge pumping services, mechanical sludge removal services, and snow removal services in the southern region of West Virginia. The vendor, McCourt & Son Construction Inc., will provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to perform these services. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. The vendor will be paid on an hourly basis, with rates ranging from $100 to $875 per hour, depending on the type of equipment and services provided. The contract also includes provisions for incidental stone, laborers, and other equipment and services as needed.
