WBWRF Digester 2 Interior Repairs (WBP 154)

The City of Boise invited bids for the WBWRF Digester 2 Interior Repairs project, which involves repairing the interior concrete surface and applying a protective coating to the concrete surface and existing steel piping. The contract was awarded to Hunnicutt's Inc and LONG Painting. The project includes various line items such as mobilization/demobilization, sanitation facilities, site security requirements, removal of interior coatings, surface repair and rehabilitation, and coating of digester interior. • The contract requires the contractor to provide a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. • The contractor must also provide a list of subcontractors, including their names, addresses, and Idaho Public Works License Numbers (if available). • The contract includes a sample contract and terms and conditions that the contractor must acknowledge and agree to. • The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the City.
