Description
The City of Vancouver has awarded a contract to Aqua Dive Services LLC for underwater diver services, including repairs to the boat house and docks. The contract is for a unit price and has a term of three years, with an option to extend for an additional year. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work. The city reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time for convenience. • The contractor will clean the work site after each visit and upon completion of providing service and remove all debris from the premises.
• The contractor will employ only the best commercial practices and first-quality materials and workmanship when performing the services.
• All services performed shall be provided only by a contractor technician who is licensed, skilled, and trained to provide the services.
• The city may request written estimates for non-emergency projects, and the contractor will provide estimates at no cost to the city.
• The contractor will invoice the city and reference the original work order number on the invoice.
• The city intends to award this contract for an initial period of three years with an option to extend one additional year.
