Description
The County of Riverside is seeking a consulting firm to provide planning, market and fiscal analysis, and environmental review services for the review and update of the County's General Plan Housing Element and Land Use Ordinance No. 348. The goal is to complete the 6th Cycle Housing Element Update no later than September 30, 2021. The scope of work includes analyzing the rezoning of properties, completing the Annual Progress Report, and coordinating planning efforts with adjacent cities and counties. The consulting firm will also assist the County in completing the Safety Element Update to address climate adaptation, resiliency strategies, and evacuation routes.
