Description
The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for the supply and assembly of a metal building at the Ben Clark Training Center. The contract includes the provision of a 60' x 100' metal structure with a wall height of at least 16', as well as the preparation and submission of a work schedule, foundational design, and operational and maintenance manuals. The primary use of the metal building is as a storage/warehouse, and all electrical, lighting, and plumbing will be added after the installation is completed by a separate contract.
• The contract requires the vendor to provide labor to install the building.
• The vendor must also provide a cash discount percentage.
• The County of Riverside has a local preference program, which may apply to the bid evaluation.
