Supply, Delivery, and Placement of Grading "W" Road Base for South Douglas PAA

A contract will be sent to the bidder for review, signature, and return to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department. A Performance and Payment bond is required for the project. The contract will be fully executed by the State of Wyoming and effective upon obtaining the last signature of the Deputy Director for the Wyoming Game and Fish Department. • The contract is for a specific project, the South Douglas PAA. • The bidder is required to submit a Performance and Payment bond. • The contract will be fully executed by the State of Wyoming and effective upon obtaining the last signature of the Deputy Director for the Wyoming Game and Fish Department. • The bidder will be mailed a copy of the executed contract and a formal letter to proceed. • No work should begin until the bidder receives formal notification.
