YMCA Agreement 3rd amendment

This contract is for the management and use of the City's Gymnasium/Recreational Facility, also known as the Hawks Park Recreational Complex, located in Edgewater, Florida. The Volusia/Flagler YMCA, Inc. will operate the facility, offering various recreational, sports, wellness, aquatic, childcare, and other programs.
