Description
This contract awards a fixed‑price demolition project for a nuisance‑abated property at 1902 Clinton Avenue, Mobile, AL. The contractor must perform complete wet‑method demolition of all structures, cap and secure sanitary sewer, water, and gas lines, manage lead‑based paint and asbestos waste, and implement erosion‑ and sediment‑control BMPs.
