Auditing Services

This contract is for auditing services to be provided to the Ocean County Board of Commissioners. The services will be performed by Holman Frenia Allison, P.C., a professional services firm. The contract is for a period of one year, from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. The contract amount is not to exceed $300,000.00. The services required under this contract include the completion of the County Audit for 2023 and the audit of the records for the County of Ocean in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:5-4. • The contract is awarded as a professional service in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5. • The services will be performed by licensed accountants. • The contract is awarded in compliance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the New Jersey "Pay-to-Play” Law. • Funds will be made available upon adoption of the County Budget under the specified appropriations.
