Description
This contract concerns a critical roof repair and full roof replacement at the single‑family residence located at 361 Tuttle Avenue, Mobile, AL. The City of Mobile’s Community & Housing Development office awarded the $8,360 contract to Valdes Construction after a competitive bid process that closed on May 12 2023. The scope includes complete removal of existing roofing, deck preparation, structural repairs to decking and trusses, flashing, underlayment installation, placement of 30‑year Class A fiberglass asphalt shingles, ridge vent or wind turbine installation, debris management, and a one‑year leak‑free warranty.
