The work includes utility line disconnection and capping, comprehensive debris removal, erosion and sediment control measures, handling and disposal of lead‑based paint and asbestos‑containing materials, final site seeding and stabilization, and required documentation and close‑out paperwork. The contractor must also publish a final‑completion notice in a local newspaper and provide proof of publication. • Wet demolition of buildings, footings, slabs, piers, roofs, and vegetation ≤ 8 in. caliper. • Utility capping (sewer, water, gas) and removal of all demolition debris, preserving an existing aluminum fence. • Mandatory BMPs for storm‑water control, lead/asbestos waste disposal, site seeding, and extensive photographic and paperwork close‑out.
