Milling of Bituminous and Cement Concrete Pavements

This contract is for the milling of bituminous and cement concrete pavements in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The contract was awarded to two vendors, Swank Construction Company, LLC and Anthony D. Folino Construction, Inc., with a contract period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, and an option to renew for an additional year. The scope of work includes various depth milling and/or carbide grinding of existing bituminous or cement concrete roadway pavement and shoulder surfaces. • The contract has a total estimated value of $2,000,000.00. • The vendors will be responsible for performing the work in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the contract. • The contract includes an option to renew for an additional year. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract documents, including the general conditions and instructions, and the MWDBE utilization requirements.
