Sex Offender Treatment Services

This contract is for the provision of Sex Offender Treatment Services by D&M Therapy, dba DeLynn Lamb, to designated registered sexual offenders under the direct supervision of Mohave County's Probation Department. The contract has an initial term of one year, with two optional two-year renewal periods. The services will be provided at a monthly flat rate fee of $4,850.00.
