CEI Services for Resurfacing Projects

The City of Port St. Lucie has awarded a contract to Consor Engineers, LLC for CEI Services for Resurfacing Projects. The contract is for a term of one year, starting from November 1, 2024, and ending on October 31, 2025. The scope of work includes providing CEI services for select resurfacing projects scheduled as part of the city's Pavement Preservation and Resurfacing Plan. The contract value is $41,400. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, upon 30 days' written notice to the Consultant. Some key points of the contract include: • The Consultant will provide CEI services for select resurfacing projects. • The City will provide location maps depicting the limits of work as well as estimated quantities. • The Consultant will be responsible for checking TTCDs, mix type, and temp, collecting tickets, taking representative pictures, monitoring the pavement marking subcontractor, and providing daily progress reports. • The work will be considered night work, with activities only permitted between 8:00 pm and 5:00 am. • The Consultant will commence work within 10 calendar days after the start date. • The City reserves the right to order work changes, and the Consultant agrees to make corresponding adjustments in the Contract price and time for completion.
