Description
The University of South Florida Board of Trustees is seeking a construction manager to provide interior build-out services for the Level 11 and Level 12 shell spaces at the Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute building. The project includes open classrooms, experiential learning, study areas, office areas, break room, and restroom areas. The construction documents have been prepared by Gresham Smith, and all drawings and related documents will be made available to registered construction managers.

• The pre-proposal meeting was held on Monday, October 24th, 2022, at 1:00 PM EST.
• The deadline for submitting questions was Thursday, November 3rd, 2022, at 2:00 PM EST.
