This solicitation seeks a single‑prime contractor to redesign and reconstruct the intersection of 10th Street and Grace Street in Wilmington, NC. The work includes demolition of existing pavement and curbs, installation of new concrete curbs and sidewalks, construction of a storm‑water bioretention cell, milling and overlay of asphalt, placement of new storm‑water catch basins and pipe, and associated site‑restoration, traffic‑control, and environmental protection measures.
