River/Stream Mouth Clearing for the Island of Kauai

The County of Kauai has awarded a contract to Earthworks Pacific, Inc. for river/stream mouth clearing services on the island of Kauai. The contract is for a total sum of $275,000.00 and includes the furnishing and paying for all materials, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, machinery, and services necessary to construct or install, in place complete, the river/stream mouth clearing. The contract is subject to the execution of payment and performance bonds, insurance certificates, and other requirements. • The contract includes services for Waimea River Mouth (Area A), Wailua River Mouth (Area B), and Kapa'a Stream Mouth (Area C) • The contract requires the contractor to have a Hawaii State Contractor's License Type "A" prior to submission of bids • The contract is funded by the County of Kauai • The contract includes a requirement for tax clearance compliance and a contractor's certificate of compliance for final payment
