The City of Temple is seeking a contractor to perform demolition and minor asbestos abatement of a residential structure located at 4805 Mouser Road in Temple, Texas. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement of 93 square feet of asbestos-containing linoleum flooring, demolition of the residential structure and concrete driveway, and location of the existing septic tank. The contract was awarded to one of the three bidders: Wilson Construction LLC, Yoko Excavating LLC, or Sierra Demolition.
