This contract is for the improvement of Water Station 7 Disinfection, Fluoridation, and Electrical Improvements, and other work, in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications. The contract has a duration of 90 working days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) date. The contractor, Stellar J Corporation, is responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, machinery, and implements necessary to complete the work in a professional manner. The contract includes provisions for payment, insurance, and dispute resolution.
