The City of Bismarck is seeking qualified vendors to supply a full suite of bulk water‑ and wastewater‑treatment chemicals for calendar year 2027, including pebbled quicklime, liquid phosphate blend, chlorine gas, sodium hypochlorite, sodium bisulfite, ferric chloride, fluorosilicic acid, liquid ammonium sulfate, liquid carbon dioxide, and liquid calcium nitrate. Bids must be sealed, endorsed “2027 WTP/WWTP Chemical Bids,” and submitted by 3 PM CST on Nov 3 2026. The contract will be awarded on Nov 24 2026, with service commencing Jan 1 2027 and lasting through the year. Vendors must provide certificates of analysis, SDS/TDS, NSF/ANSI 60 certification, proof of delivery capability, and be able to meet quarterly price‑adjustment mechanisms. Delivery must occur M‑F, 8 AM‑3:30 PM CST, with all loads accompanied by required documentation and subject to City inspection.
