Description
This contract is for the furnishment and installation of approximately 2,096 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer main, including all laterals, manholes, and appurtenances, as shown on the plans and specified herein. The sewer will be installed within the existing public right-of-way in the following streets: NE 58th Street, NE 60th Street, NE 72nd Avenue. The contractor shall restore the existing pavement where trenching takes place as specified herein and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The work shall be fully complete within 30 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) date.
• The contract includes provisions for payment, insurance, and bonding.
• The contractor is required to comply with all relevant federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, and regulations.
• The contract includes a dispute resolution process, which involves mediation and arbitration.
• The contractor is required to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City, its officials, employees, and agents from any and all liability.
