Right of Way ITQ

This contract is a professional services agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and GAI Consultants Inc for right of way services. The agreement includes provisions for work orders, compensation, term and timing, work quality, coordination with the city, termination, data ownership and use, audit rights, and indemnity and liability. The contract has a term of two years with the option for renewal. The scope of work includes property title searches, archive search, valuation and appraisal services, property owner location and engagement assistance, and other related property clearance services.
