The County of Knox is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive right‑of‑way acquisition consulting services for the Thorn Grove / Midway State Industrial Access (SIA) Project. The consultant will handle appraisal, market data, negotiations, documentation, coordination with TD DOT, and closing assistance for six property acquisitions needed for the realignment and widening of local roads. The solicitation is a Letter of Interest (LOI) that requires a hard‑copy submission; electronic responses are not permitted. Only TD DOT pre‑qualified firms with appropriate Tennessee licensing may compete.
