Description
This contract calls for the complete wet‑method demolition of all structures located at 402 Cody Road N, Mobile, AL, including foundations, slabs, and any underground utilities, with strict hazardous‑material controls and full erosion‑ and sediment‑control measures. The contractor must disconnect and cap municipal utilities, dispose of lead‑based paint and asbestos‑containing material in permitted landfills, and provide a stabilized, seeded site at project close‑out.
