CISCO POWER SUPPLY SPARES

The County of San Luis Obispo solicited bids for 75 each Cisco 640 WAC power supply spares and 75 each 1025 WAC power supply spares. To be considered a responsive bidder, the bidder must warrant that the products are new, in their original box, and that they are a Cisco GOLD Partner or higher. The bidder must also certify that they have sourced all Manufacturer products from Manufacturer or through Manufacturer Authorized Channels only. The bid resulted in no award due to a design specification change to the project the power supply spares were for. • The bid was posted on February 13, 2018, and the submission deadline was March 1, 2018. • The County of San Luis Obispo reserves the right to verify the origin of the Cisco products with Cisco Systems, Inc. • The bidder must provide a copy of the End User license agreement and warrant that all Manufacturer software is licensed originally to the buyer as the original licensee authorized to use the Manufacturer Software.
