Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court Clerk is seeking a third‑party provider to deliver Cisco Smartnet maintenance and support for a portfolio of Cisco Catalyst 3650 switches, Cisco 6509 switches, and related PoE modules for the calendar year 2027. The contract requires 24/7/365 technical assistance with a guaranteed 4‑hour response, unlimited help‑desk support, provision of compatible replacement parts, shipping, handling, and inside delivery. Vendor must cover all labor, travel, parts, and logistics costs within a single bid amount.
• Equipment covered: 18 Cisco Catalyst 3650 24 switches, 2 Cisco 6509 switches, and 2 PoE modules (CON‑SNT‑WSC3652S).
• Service level: 4‑hour response, unlimited tech support, on‑site support when needed, and full parts/shipping inclusion.
• Contract term: 01 Jan 2027 – 31 Dec 2027 (one year).
• Delivery: Inside delivery, FOB destination prepaid; all costs must be bundled in the bid.
