Basin 4 Sewer Phase 1 Project

The City of Folsom is requesting proposals for the construction of the Basin 4 Sewer Phase 1 Project. The project includes rehabilitating and replacing approximately 3,200 lineal feet of sanitary sewer pipeline and the rehabilitation and repair of one manhole. The contract was awarded to ARB, Inc. with the intent to award scheduled for the September 9, 2025 City Council Meeting. Key aspects of the project include: • Rehabilitation and replacement of sewer pipelines • Rehabilitation and repair of a sewer manhole • Bypass pumping to replace the flow meter at Pump Station No.2 • Relining of approximately 20 sanitary sewer manholes
