HAND TOOLS, CASES AND STORAGE CONTAINERS

The County of Ocean has awarded a contract for the furnishing and delivery of hand tools, cases, and storage containers to six vendors: Eppy's Tool & Equipment Warehouse, Inc., Wharton Hardware and Supply, Ferguson Enterprises, L.L.C., Van Wickle Auto Supply, Inc., CooperFriedman Electric Supply Co., Inc., and A&M Industrial, Inc. The contract is for a period of one year, from May 5, 2021, to May 4, 2022. The vendors will provide a range of hand tools, including cordless drills, impact wrenches, and socket sets, as well as cases and storage containers. The contract also includes provisions for the vendors to extend their contract prices to participants in the County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System. • The contract includes a wide range of hand tools and equipment, including Milwaukee and DeWalt products. • The vendors will provide the tools and equipment to the County of Ocean at discounted prices. • The contract has a total value of approximately $1.5 million. • The vendors will deliver the tools and equipment to the County's designated locations. • The contract includes provisions for payment and invoicing. • The vendors will provide maintenance and support for the tools and equipment. • The contract includes a termination clause in case of non-performance or other issues.
