Description
This contract is for a full‑service, wet‑method demolition of a damaged CMU block‑framed structure located at 1918 St. Stephens Road, Mobile, AL. The City of Mobile’s Municipal Enforcement Department will award a single‑vendor, lump‑sum contract to perform complete demolition, utility capping, site clearing, erosion control, and final site stabilization, while complying with lead‑based paint and asbestos best‑practice requirements.
• Scope includes demolition of all structural components, footings, slabs, utilities, vegetation, and removal of debris, with required disposal of hazardous materials.
