Description
This contract calls for the complete demolition and site remediation of the property located at 3211 Valley Road, Mobile, AL. The contractor must perform wet‑method demolition of all existing structures, cap and disconnect utilities, remove debris and vegetation, manage hazardous materials (lead‑based paint and asbestos), implement erosion‑ and sediment‑control BMPs, and stabilize the site with topsoil, seeding, and mulching.
