1" MINI BLINDS

The County of Hawaii, Office of Housing & Community Development, issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 1" mini blinds. The RFQ was cancelled, and no contract was awarded. The RFQ specified that the mini blinds should be 6-gauge aluminum, complete with all necessary hardware, and should be delivered to the DPW Bldg Div Carpenter Shop in Hilo, HI. The deadline for delivery was September 15, 2016. The RFQ also specified that the items should be awarded as a lot, and that the quantity may change due to availability of funds. • The RFQ was issued under the Hawaii Governor's Homeless Emergency Proclamation dated October 16, 2015, and December 24, 2015. • The contractor's HCE compliance was not required for emergency procurements. • The RFQ included specifications for the mini blinds, including color, material, and size. • The RFQ also included instructions for shipping and tax.
