Sunset Lane Improvement Poject, Prescott East Highway to Pine View Drive

The Town of Prescott Valley, in partnership with Yavapai County, is seeking bids for the construction of the Sunset Lane Improvement Project, Prescott East Highway to Pine View Drive. The work consists of removing the existing roadway and installing a new, wider roadway section along Sunset Lane in portions of Prescott Valley and Yavapai County, Arizona. The project includes the installation of a new asphaltic pavement, aggregate base, and chip seal; 6,700 lf of curb; and 39,390 sf of concrete sidewalk, eight-inch water main, eight-inch sewer main, and storm drain improvements.
