Grant Writer

This is a one‑year professional services agreement for grant‑writing and consulting services between the Township of Barnegat, NJ, and Bruno Associates, Inc. The consultant will research, prepare, and submit grant applications on behalf of the Township for federal, state, county, and foundation programs, and provide ongoing consultation as needed. The agreement is valued at $50,000, paid in equal monthly installments of $4,166.66 on the first day of each month. Either party may terminate the contract with 60 days’ written notice, and the Township may elect to continue the relationship after the initial term under the same rate, subject to a new agreement. • Scope of work: grant research, application writing, submission, and related consulting. • Compensation: Fixed monthly fee totaling $50,000 for the 12‑month term; no separate expense line items. • Term & termination: Jan 1 2024 – Dec 31 2024; 60‑day termination notice; renewal possible but not automatic.
