Description
This contract awards a single vendor the responsibility for a full wet‑demolition of existing structures at 1625 Northview Drive, including removal of footings, concrete, and debris, capping of sanitary sewer, water, and gas lines, and comprehensive site remediation. The contractor must also implement erosion and sediment controls, handle lead‑based paint and asbestos per NESHAP standards, reseed and stabilize the site, and provide extensive documentation (photos, waste‑shipment records, newspaper notice of final completion). The work must begin within three business days of a Notice to Proceed and be completed, with all close‑out documentation submitted, within thirty calendar days. Liquidated damages of $250 per day apply for late completion beyond specified thresholds.
