Fuel, Oil, Air and Miscellaneous Automotive Filters

The County of Riverside is seeking to enter a multi-year contract with vendors to provide various types of automotive filters, including oil and air filters. The contract will allow each participating department to establish and administer its own purchases on an as-needed basis directly from the awarded vendor. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality. The vendors that were awarded this contract are Elliott Auto Supply Co Inc, Fleetpride, and Parts Authority LLC. • The contract is for the provision of automotive filters, including oil and air filters. • The contract will be for a multi-year term, with the option for the County to renew or extend the contract. • The vendors will be required to provide filters that meet the County's specifications and requirements. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality. • The contract will be administered by the Purchasing Department, with the assistance of the various departments that will be using the filters.
