Auditing and Accounting Services

This contract awards a three‑year term to Eide Bailly LLP for comprehensive auditing and accounting services for both AIDEA and AEA. The scope includes annual GAAS‑compliant financial statement examinations, federal single audits, bond‑compliance reporting, and additional accounting advisory services. The work is performed on a firm‑fixed‑fee basis for core audit deliverables, with hourly rates applied to supplemental accounting tasks. The agencies require timely delivery of audit reports by September 30 each year and enforce strict confidentiality and nondisclosure obligations. No subcontractors are permitted, and the contract may be extended twice for one‑year periods at the agencies’ discretion. • Perform GAAS‑and Government Auditing Standards audits for FY 2021‑2023 (with possible extensions). • Conduct federal single audits and annual bond‑compliance reports. • Provide additional accounting support (control reviews, system enhancements, research, etc.) on an hourly basis. • Deliver audit reports by September 30 annually; adhere to strict confidentiality, no‑subcontractor, and performance‑change procedures.
